San Diego T&H Limousine LLC operates this transportation website under the Luxeyride and San Diego T&H Transportation names. Information you provide
When you request a reservation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any company name you provide. We also collect trip type, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, requested vehicle, selected extras, and special notes. Airport-related requests may include a flight date, flight number, and airline. These details help us understand and respond to your transportation needs.
Special notes are optional free text. Please include only information needed for your trip. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or unnecessary medical or other sensitive information. If you provide another passenger's information, ensure you have authority to share it for the transportation request.
We also receive information you send by email, telephone, or another contact method, such as your contact details and the content of your inquiry. The website reservation form currently requests a reservation; it does not collect a payment. Submitting it does not by itself establish a confirmed booking.
Information collected when you browse
Wix hosts the website. Wix and services used to operate the site may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic or error information. Cookies and similar technologies can support security, session continuity, site operation, performance measurement, and third-party components. Technical requests to Wix telemetry and error-reporting services occur as pages load.
The site also currently loads Tailform/ikonvert components. Cookies associated with these components have been observed. Submitting a reservation request is not an enrollment in unrelated marketing. Your inquiry may receive operational follow-up needed to answer it or arrange your trip. If you receive a promotional communication, you may ask us to stop by using its unsubscribe option, when provided, or contacting us. Service-related communications may still be necessary for an active request or booking.
Storage and disclosures
Reservation submissions are recorded in Wix Forms, and associated contact details may also be saved in Wix Contacts. A Wix automation sends the business a new-submission email, so reservation details may also be stored in the business email system. Wix and email-service providers process information to provide these functions. People handling your inquiry within the business can access information needed to respond.
If a trip is booked, information needed to arrange it may be shared with transportation personnel or service partners involved in the trip. Other disclosures may be necessary to comply with legal requirements, respond to lawful requests, protect people or property, or address fraud and misuse. Information disclosed in a business transfer would remain subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.
The external “Request My Quote” link leads to a Google-hosted form. Google handles information entered on its service under its own privacy terms, in addition to any information the business receives. Other linked websites also have their own practices. Review the privacy information on the destination before providing information there. Retention and security
There is no single verified retention period for every category of website information.
